Tooling

With the innovative Tooling Concept, Endress+Hauser offers a complete system solution for the flowmeters of the new Proline family. The user is supported as best as possible throughout the entire device life cycle, from planning, commissioning and configuration right up to diagnosis and maintenance.

This ensures that the flowmeters are in perfect working condition at all times and thereby meet the strict process requirements.

Geared completely towards practical use, the Tooling Concept consists of three main components:

Applicator®

Fieldcheck®

A modular structured selection and sizing program for easy planning and optimisation of measurement applications. The menue guided operator interface in several languages and the new optional Corrosion Database (CorDB) are only a few of many Applicator's features.

The high-performance test and simulation device with which all flowmeters of the Proline family can be verified. All the test functions can be performed directly in-situ without the need to remove the flowmeter. By means of the Fieldtool® program, the test results can then be saved to a database, printed out, archived and used again for official certification, for example.
